History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Simon liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Galiena never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: Uadjit hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Uadjit grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Uadjit. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: Ilanis hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered gnolls who tried to eat her hand. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ilanis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Rolf was born the youngest of three triplets. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind.
