Description: A middle-aged man, he typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor, and is pretty ugly. He has styled his silver hair well, parting it to the right. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.
History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: Standing 5'10", this man wears a brown vest and prefers black and green shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are green and catlike.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he very much looks the part of a Miller. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are green and beady.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature nunchaku.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he's looking for his big break

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and black handkerchief worn on her left side. Her fur is white and curly. Her eyes are likewise amber. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Cask took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sai and armor she uses now. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: To settle down with her crush; and she wants to get laid

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Description: He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He sports a flattop hair cut. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Fonkin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His first spouse was a Performer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Performer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Dyer, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Avice was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Avice's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Avice and her spouse have recently divorced.
