History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Alice was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Alice decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Bather they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Brewer, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hugh studied abroad. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
