History: Born in the south to a Fletcher, Volen learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He tends to his Baker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
