Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She tends to her Healer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He carries with him a set of tridents, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His long brown hair reaches down to his waist. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bulzo fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a green coat. His crest is short and blue. His gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Norkruuth embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: Norkruuth was born the youngest of three triplets. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest woman in the north

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She receives visions of the future at random moments
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a tan vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his tan boots flare out at the collars, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. His eyes are violet and beady.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He was raised in a island tribe. Pog was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Pog decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and a rival would like him out of the picture

This search led him directly into Fortune-teller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fortune-teller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

History: Willow hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Her parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when she was still a young child. The dire rats captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has worked as a Miller like her mother before her.
