Description: A plain young-adult woman, she has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her grey robe. Her blonde hair is knotted and matted. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her brown eyes.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her gray eyes.
Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Born in the west to a Carter, Emmeline learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Carter.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She uses divination through singing.
History: Avelina was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She became a Miner soon after.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the south were limited. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Wobbles was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Locksmith arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: Rangrim was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Miller for hire.

He is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around his ears. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Susannah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
