Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Dwarf, and stands approximately 4'5". He wears an entirely grey suit with violet socks and a vest with buckled shoes, and his gloved hand is found clutching a sword. His hair is silver and very short. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he wants revenge against giants

Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He carries with him a set of axes on his belt, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He has done his best to style his gray fur to look like a famous performer. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a grey vest and prefers green and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is an amazing painter.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: He was born into a rich family. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Nicholas was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Nicholas decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. This violet eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Bertram is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.
