Description: She is lean but muscular and wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. She has a long white ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Balifra's homeland. Balifra decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'6" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She dresses well, wearing pastel shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. Her black fur has been sun bleached extensively. Her yellow eyes peer out from beneath her top pastel hat.
Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Windy was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
