Description: An older man who wears a tight fitting red shirt and pants, he is not a threatening figure. His white hair is braided into rings. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Roge enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Roge was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He struck the Cartwright job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: A middle-aged man, he is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest, and is pretty ugly. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Description: She is a pot bellied northern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat. She has a long chestnut ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her eyes are a pleasant brown.
Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: She was born in the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her divine abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: An older woman who is wearing a long, grey cloak, she is not a threatening figure. Her hair is black and curly. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Valida isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dwarven unity. The war was a terrible time for her, and Valida does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Valida grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: This exceptionally lanky man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He wears his purple hair down. His skin is flawless and his silver eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.
History: Gifted from a young age, Forcas studied abroad. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Forcas took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shortbow and armor he uses now. He bought a shortbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Orc people; and half-orc compassion

Her clothes are grease stained in places. Sporting a golden mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her eyes are green and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Bolhild was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She tends to her Barkeep job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a simple tan robe with brown stripes complete with hood. His hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He is mildly Gnome supremacist, though he does not identify as such. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Arumawann was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Arumawann decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
