Prosperine was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Unemployed. She has worked as a Unemployed like her father before her.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fisher for hire.

Motivation: To be a Bounty Hunter again; and balancing his hectic life and new fisher responsibilities is difficult
