Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears long strands of topaz and short green dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He has moderate length silver hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Guard who has hired him part-time. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bather they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Guard, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Blacksmith arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Markosian's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Markosian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the east. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Baelitae and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: Orianna is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Cook work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cook work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She's also a talented Sage, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and to reunite with her absent mother

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.
