History: Purban lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barkeep work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barkeep work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

History: Zanna hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and many illithids want her driven away

She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. A friendly and beautiful Halfling, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Darrow grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
