Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull tan iron scale mail. His head has been shaved. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: Rangrim lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and wants to work out more often

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. His skin is dark but he possesses many violet ritualistic tattoos. He wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a club, but if one is not available he will default to his shield. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and likes to wear tan tank tops with grey pants. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: She is well dressed, constantly wearing a pastel suit, grey shirt, and white tie. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her white fur is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. This blue eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Flame grew up listening to her father's many stories. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: 2'10" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears a white tunic with tan highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around his shoes. With a patchy brown beard and wild brown hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Kelter was born with his father's beautiful face. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He has achieved small success as a Bounty Hunter.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and doesn't want to be a bounty hunter and was forced into it by his family

Description: She wears a robe, a symbol of luck around her neck, and a halberd on her belt. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly halberds and rapiers. Her blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: Mary is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Mary was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Mary decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. She has no fur. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady hazel eyes.
Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.
History: Sun lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Sun was born on a far western desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Barrister. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with yellow lining and desert motifs. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her eyes are likewise amber.
Personality: She hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. Recently the stress of being a Herbalist has made it difficult for her to sleep.
Motivation: Tiefling compassion; and a strong sense of loyalty to tiefling people

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Engraver they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Healer, and she later adopted a second son.
