Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Mehen embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Butcher for the past few years.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. During her travels, Fistula and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Fistula discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Fistula fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was born into a rich family. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Maiathah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
