History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spy.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Edge was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Fortune-teller. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: Shane is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to share knowledge with the world

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
