Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sellsword and was forced into it by her family; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Adventurer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Furrele is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Cartwright arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

History: She was born in a small island village. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

She wears violet painted combat armor at almost all times. Her black hair is matted, messy, and big. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her first spouse was a Butcher, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Slave Trader and was forced into it by her family; and to get a good night's sleep

History: Born to a Bellfounder, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bardryn grew up listening to her mother's many stories. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and obtaining odd cultural half-orc artifacts is her passion
