History: He comes from a rich eastern family. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion.

History: Hlin lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Junk Dealer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has achieved small success as a Sage.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sage responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: She was born in the west. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
