History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Katherine grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Katherine. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Hillanot was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Hillanot's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
