Description: She is scrawny and has patchy black crest. She usually wears her black robe and has her hand crossbow always slung over her shoulder. She has a hunchback. Her black crest is thinning but still full. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mijira grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mijira. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: He dresses in tan turtlenecks beneath a yellow coat with green slacks. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his glaive, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. He has shaved his head bald. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Carrie abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Being a Sage kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Description: She is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times, and she perpetually has her nunchaku ready. Her white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. She is baby faced.
Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. A true patriot, Myathethil would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Myathethil was born on a far eastern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Weaver. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Myathethil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Liftrasa was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She now owns her own business.

Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor. He has no hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Dimble lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Dimble was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Dimble's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: This northern man wears suspenders and blue workpants. His shirt is grey, and he wears a heavy blue leather apron most of the time. His clothes are grease stained in places. His golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Interpreter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: This fat western woman has a bulbous nose and is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: Kristryd hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.
History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Kristryd liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Guard.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern
