Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

History: Târz was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her first spouse was a Fortune-teller, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: The child of a Bellfounder, who enjoyed hunting, Grûblik was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Grûblik was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Grûblik and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Burgell isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Burgell lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
