Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized red coat. His silver hair is greasy and uncared for. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Warryn hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.
History: Born to a Tailor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Glassblower. He struck the Glassblower job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: To be a Tailor again.

Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed hammer, just in case. She has a hunchback. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She is fixated on the number 36. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.
History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He became a Soapmaker soon after.

Description: He wears an entirely tan suit with brown socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His white hair is knotted and matted. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Seebo is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he has a large yellow mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his blue robe. His hair is golden and curly. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he has a crush on the local knight

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Drifting was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
