Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Makaria grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to giants.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she wants revenge against giants

Srorthen liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well.
