She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town.
