Description: He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'2" when asserting himself. His brown hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is a Cook first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

Description: This man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on his left hand. He wears his black hair up. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Herbalist business.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This man stands a little under 5'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His blue hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are white and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a brown vest and prefers yellow and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His brown hair, when down, is lengthy. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. The war was a terrible time for him, and Thradal does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: The child of a Butcher, who enjoyed hunting, Thradal was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He bought a quarterstaff and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he loathes his own lifestyle

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Description: This late middle aged man wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat and is in decent physical shape. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Kelter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
