Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Altho embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His childhood dream was to be a Doctor, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Apothecary job and began his own company from there.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing dancing.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born to a Layabout, her father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Eloise lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Amnon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
