History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Grai was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has never given up on her music dream.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: Olunt wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: This slender woman stands about 3'9". She sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. Her golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Jarana is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: Born in the west to a Bookbinder, Jarana learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She's also a talented Shepherd, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: This man wears tattered old clothes, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His scarlet crest is singed and shortened. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Dazzazn took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he's repulsed by the pc

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. A true patriot, Tricking would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tricking grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.
