Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Philomena abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
