History: Born to a Cartwright, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Werydd was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Werydd decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Syllin was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

History: The child of a Butcher, who enjoyed hunting, Gunnloda was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Dain wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When Dain reached his early adolescence his Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
