Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born to a Tailor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Ombul was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ombul's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He is a Lamia in disguise. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: Jillian was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Jillian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bounty Hunter.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He struck the Merchant job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new merchant responsibilities is difficult
