She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
