History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her parents were killed by giants in a raid when she was still a young child. The giants captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has never given up on her writing dream.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Aelar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sculptor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. After months of barely getting by, Khrosh managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Volen has worked very hard to control her curse. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Sage for the past few years.

Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: The child of a Tailor, who enjoyed hunting, Malquis was taken on many hunting expeditions. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Laborer responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Kerkad and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of goblins
