Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He was born in the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Architect. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. She sports black long hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: Mara lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and an old rival family wants her found

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. Rohesia is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her childhood dream was to be a Gardener, but she was a colossal failure. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Butcher for the past few years.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Butcher responsibilities is difficult; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

History: Emmeline was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Spice Merchant for hire.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Halander was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sailor. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and expand his business

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is cut close to his head. He has blue eyes and a brown hat with a white feather.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Reynard will drive conversation. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Seamstress arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Reynard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. Her brown hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Maynild embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: Born in the south to a Bricklayer, Maynild learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bricklayer for the past few years.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.
