History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and to prove his worth to the world

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Akta was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Drifting never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
