History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Tree reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Frug was born with his father's beautiful face. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Her hazel eyes peer out from beneath her top yellow hat.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A gifted student she started as a Cartwright, but she got bored and became a Bookbinder. After a long history of fighting, Claira and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and expand her business

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and is typically in his Fisher uniform. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Fisher. The war was a terrible time for him, and Roger does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and expand his business

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Norsko hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He married young, but lost his spouse to gnolls. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Herbalist, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life

History: She was born into a rich family. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Baelitae was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Tanner. She tends to her Tanner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
