History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Beggar born in the past three hundred years. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Valanthe was born on a far eastern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Beggar. She became a Beggar soon after.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She struck the Doctor job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Doctor responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. She also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Ella was born with her mother's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Personality: Whurbin speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Whurbin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Whurbin was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He's also a talented Shepherd, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
