History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Althaea was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Guard. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born in the west. His first spouse was a Performer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Performer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Servant, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Tervaround was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Dyer. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This man wears dull tan sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed bow, just in case, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His hair is brown and curly. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Glim isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Glim grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Glim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Glim. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bow.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Halimath fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Unemployed arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
