History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Hlin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Hlin has worked very hard to control her curse. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born in the north to a Bather, Jezean learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Iados grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He is renowned for his bright green suits and hats. His copper crest is thinning but still full. His red eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
