History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Personality: This woman loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.
History: Born to a Banker, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying north to reunite her family. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Hatae was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.
Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Nora was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and a strong sense of loyalty to dwarven people

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She now mingles about in high society.
