Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She tends to her Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
