History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Shifting was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Shifting's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears a tan shirt with thin grey vertical stripes and blue pants. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His head has been shaved. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Lamlis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lamlis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To be a Map Maker again.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants. Her red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Vola embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. She is obsessed with her god.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's also a talented Navigator, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cook responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
