Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Damaia was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the south. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Kathra was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Kathra's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Kathra and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. After coming to the age of reason, Fistula took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
