The war was a terrible time for him, and Direcris does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and regain custody of his son

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. His hair is auburn and curly. His violet eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Enialis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He bought a sickle and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Brottor was born with his mother's beautiful face. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Fortune-teller. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she is unsatisfied with her job

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
