Description: This tall, slender man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. His crest is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. A true patriot, Quarethon would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Quarethon was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stylist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He worked as a nervous Stylist and found it very stressful. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Breena's homeland. Breena decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Breena fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Spring was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student she started as a Knight, but she got bored and became a Doctor. She tends to her Doctor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
