Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Torz alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he dresses well, wearing tan shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has violet eyes and a tan hat with a black feather.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Fonkin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and wants to work out more often
