Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears skinny pants and wears a blue and violet robe with the hood down. His hair is short and brown. His eyes are a pleasant blue.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Bilbron was born the youngest of three triplets. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Adran hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sellsword. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sellsword for the past few years.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: Dara hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her singing career. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Bowyer profession.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Masseuse. She has achieved small success as a Masseuse.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Brewer mother left her crippled. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dell grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: Born in the south to a Brewer, Ronwe learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Ronwe abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has achieved small success as a Brewer.

Description: This tall, slender woman wears yellow painted combat armor at almost all times. Her small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Quelenna grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Quelenna. Being a Mercenary kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a rival would like her out of the picture
