Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. At a young age his mother died while driving off some giants. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in shortspear use. During his travels, Lance and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Lance discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Lance fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
