History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Barfa was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Barfa's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Barfa and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Skirt fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
