Description: This woman stands a little under 5'10" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. She wears a Stetson hat to cover her moderate length blonde hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Naal hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
