Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Detective. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Jocelyn lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills.
