Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: He got into the Sage business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. He's also a talented Sculptor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Synthrin and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Mella lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Mella abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Direcris liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well.
